Thank you for your interest in raising funds to support the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM). Through your fundraising event you are contributing to making a difference in the lives of those who use our services and we thank you in advance for your generosity!

Third Party events are required to be consistent with the mission and values of MDAM, maintain a positive presentation and give MDAM positive exposure and increase public awareness.

In order to better understand your event we ask that you please submit the event information below. Once we have received and reviewed the information we will notify you to further discuss the event and if the event is approved we will provide you with an event agreement to review, sign and return.

Please note that we require adequate notice for a third party event and if you are considering hosting an event we ask that you get us involved as soon as possible.
