Bio: Sheila Terra holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Human Rights and World Religions and completed an Honors Certificate in Human Resource Management. She is known as a creative gal with a day job in social services, working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Prior to her career take off, she spent a lot of her time volunteering, focusing on community support and advocacy. Connecting with other women and building community is something she values enormously.
Sheila lives with Borderline Personality Disorder, a diagnosis that changed her life and she continues to improve upon her Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills. Sheila organized her own craft show called the Half Moon Market and loves writing. She hopes to connect with other women over chocolate, craft and good discussion!
