Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba & SHOPPERS LOVE. YOU. presents 'The Year We Learn to LOVE Ourselves' with Darilyn Kuryk on Thursday February 28th at 7pm at 4 Fort St.

Here's abit about Darilyn...

Darilyn is a 29 year old woman who has spent the majority of her life wondering WHY she wasn’t like everyone else. She has spent the past 4 years of her life diving head first into the ideals & meaning of self love. Darilyn has gone from mental health struggles, to one near suicide attempt and to the realization that all love in this life comes from one common denominator, YOURSELF!!

Darilyn is so excited to share first hand testimonials of how mental health (anxiety/depression) will forever play a part in her story. She wants to share how using different goal planning/intention setting methods can truly impact not only your mindset, but how your day to day life plays out!

Darilyn’s mantra is 'it’s 2019 and it’s time to DITCH the self hate, the negative self talk and work on LOVING OURSELVES. Loving ourselves through the good, the bad, the sometimes ugly and coming out with an extreme level of passion and drive in order to successfully face the new year STRONGER THAN EVER!'

There is no registration required for this speaking engagement and it is free to attend. Open to all ladies only!
