About:

The Turning Pages Program is a new and innovative 7 week community-based mental health program offered by Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba in partnership with the University of Manitoba. This program is geared towards individuals 50-70 years of age who are struggling with sadness, anxiety, or later-life transitions.
