MDAM is committed to helping people achieve and maintain mental wellness, raising public awareness, and reducing the stigma of mental illness. Through our presentations and workshops we strive to help communities gain a better understanding of mental illness, learn how to support a person with a mental illness, and realize that recovery is possible.
Our facilitators are qualified employees who have experienced a mental illness.
MDAM collaborates with mental health service professionals to foster positive changes within the field of mental health care. Through these relationships and education, MDAM aims to increase public awareness and decrease the stigma associated with mental illness.

MDAM's qualified staff and volunteers offer presentations/ workshops on a wide variety of topics related to mental illness. Presentations/ workshops are offered to local businesses, corporations, schools, non-profit organizations, etc at no charge. However, MDAM does welcome charitable donations.
