Our youth programming offers education and support to youth 9 – 19 years struggling with a mental illness. Our facilitators offer care, committment, and personal experience with mental illness.

Youth support groups and peer support are free of charge and registration is not required. Registration is required for one-on-one peer support sessions only.

Work It Out! Sports Camp

For youth 9 – 12 years, this camp focuses on the relationship between physical health and mental health. Youth will gain knowledge and new skills, which they can apply to real life situations. They'll be encouraged to engage in group discussions with their peers.

This program is facilitated by Griffin and volunteers who have experienced mental illness. Cost is $50 and registration is required.

Rock It Out! Band Camp

A two-week summer rock camp for youth 12 – 17 years living in Manitoba. The rock camp fosters an environment in which kids at risk or affected by a mental illness can experience a sense of community, develop peer relationships and play music.

The program is offered throughout the summer months. Cost is $100 and resigstration is required.
